Plot: Joker Jackson and Noah Cullen are two convicts on a chain gang who hate each other. After a truck prison accident, they flee and are pursued by the police. Crazy Credits: We know about 3 Crazy Credits. One of them reads: After the credits, Billy, Mandy, and Grim are inside the cartoon network logo. Grim tries to slice Billy and Mandys heads off with his scythe, but they duck and he misses.
Goofs: We know about 1 goofs. Here comes one of them: Factual errors: A letter addressed to Oxford, Mississippi, clearly has the ZIP Code 64933. The ZIP Code for Oxford, Mississippi, is 38655. There is no city with the ZIP shown in the film; ZIPs beginning with “649″ would be near Kansas City, Missouri.
Trivia: There are 8 entries in the trivia list - like these:
- The young man with the transistor radio is played by Our Gang graduate Carl Alfalfa Switzer; this was Switzers final screen appearance before his untimely death in a shooting incident.
- Elvis Presley wanted the role of Joker Jackson, hoping to co-star with Sammy Davis Jr. (who had been first choice for the role of Noah Cullen) but was persuaded by his manager not to do the film.
- Tony Curtis insisted that Sidney Poitier received top billing.
